All of our villas are handpicked and quality assured by us personally. Therefore we wouldn’t offer them to you if we wouldn’t stay there ourselves. And we know each villa inside out and have close relationships with all the villa owners, which means it’s a good idea to let us choose the right villa for your holiday.
You can enquire about a villa directly from it’s page or you can contact us with a general enquiry. Remember to let us know what you’re looking for – number of guests, your budget, your travel dates, and where you wish to be located (e.g. amongst the hotspots areas or near the beach).
After contacting us, our villa consultants will get back to you as soon as they can. It’s worth noting that our team are available daily from 08:30 until 17:30 (GMT+8). During office hours they will respond within an hour. They will get back to you to confirm availability and prices, and will suggest other villa options if your chosen villa is already booked out for the dates you requested.
Please keep in mind that private villas book up early, especially for high seasons. Therefore we really advise that you make your booking early, and take advantage of our early bird discounts at the same time.
Once you have decided the villa you wish to book and confirmed this with us, our team will send you an invoice to cover the deposit; which is typically 50% of the full amount and should be paid within 3 days.

The invoice will clarify the terms & conditions for your villa, which can vary for each villa. We will confirm once your payment has been received.
As soon as you’ve made your booking you will be assigned a personal concierge who will drop you an email to introduce themselves. This person will be your “go to” person prior and during your stay; it’s up to you how much you use them, as much or as little as you wish.
The remaining balance of your payment is required 40 days prior to check‐in to your villa (during low-high season) and 70 days prior to your check-in (during peak season). Our villa consultants will keep you informed of this.
