This charming privately owned 3-bedroom apartment, located in Nusa Dua offers a comfortable and affordable spot for family holidays. With an onsite restaurant catering 24 hour a day room service and two large swimming pools, you have all the convenience of a hotel but with the freedom of a self-contained unit. Situated on the 5th floor of the Park Hotel, the two large private balconies provide spectacular views over Nusa Dua, Benoa Harbor and as far as Mount Agung. There are two sun soaked pools within the hotel for guest enjoyment. Moreover, the location has easy access to all the nearby tourist attractions, water sports and beautiful beaches. The Bali Toll Road is also very close by giving easy access to Sanur, Ubud, or Kuta.

Living Accommodation

The living accommodation comprises a vast living, dining and kitchen perfect for hanging out with your nearest and dearest in between high-octane island adventures. Huge sofas face onto an equally large flat screen, perfect for an impromptu movie night and beyond this are patio doors opening out onto a balcony, which is more accurately a large sun terrace. Lounge on the sunbeds and enjoy a cool drink at sunset or catch a few rays.
The galley kitchen has everything that you could want to prepare meals, including a fridge, cooker, crockery, and cutlery. There is also a 6-seater dining table, a small library and a large storage cupboard as well as a guest toilet. Cozy, functional, and fully airconditioned, this apartment means you will have nothing to worry about for the duration of your stay apart from having a good time!

The generous master bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV as well as a dressing area and plenty of storage. The ensuite comprises a double vanity, a spa bath, and a separate shower. The lovely thing about this room is the huge balcony, with panoramic views of the ocean, a beautiful spot for an intimate breakfast for two.
The other two bedrooms have king-size beds and shower rooms with single vanities and plenty of storage offering functional, comfortable spaces for recharging your batteries.

Daily house keeping is provided with our friendly staff there to make sure the basics are taken care of, and can assist with preparing breakfasts or even provide grocery shopping service (small fee applies). Your first morning’s breakfast ingredients are supplied. You can also visit the restaurant on the top floor and enjoy the view over the infinity across the bay. There is a reception area and 24-hour security for your convenience.

Nusa Dua translates as ‘two Islands’ in Indonesian, which is a little misleading because what you actually find will be two non-descript headlands, each topped with a temple. Nusa Dua is generally acknowledged as the millionaire’s row of Bali, and many of the high-end resorts are located here.

As well as those spectacular hotels there are plenty of places for culture vultures.  Visit the famous Uluwatu temple at sunset and watch the legendary fire dance, gaze in wonder at over 5,000 species of birds at the Bali Bird Park or go to Garuda Wisnu Kencana, a multipurpose cultural park covering  2.5 sq km in the hills of Ungasan, about 5 km south of the main Jimbaran area. Another worthwhile visit for the artistic tourist is Jenggala Keramik, one of Bali’s legendary ceramic producers. You can appreciate a rich collection of ceramic arts and exhibits in the gallery, adjacent to the main showroom.

As well as culture, this area is famed for its surfing and water sports, and the crystal clear waters are legendary. Benoa area has Jet Skiiing, parasailing, fly boarding and glass bottomed boats and nearby some of the most famous beaches include Bingin, Dreamlands, Impossibles, Green Bowl, and Pandawa Beach. Some of them are named after the surf breaks there. If you want to get wet and wild, but the waves are too big, go to Kuta Green Park. This water park within the Pecatu Indah Resort can be found about a 15-minute walk of Dreamland Beach on the western part of the Bukit Peninsula. For golf enthusiasts there is three world class golf courses nearby including Bukit Pandawa Golf, New Kuta Golf Pecatu and Bali National Golf Nusa Dua.

Jimbaran Bay is also home to Kedonganan Fish Market, a traditional wet market where most of the fresh catches are sourced from in southern Bali. There is also a wealth of fabulous fish restaurants along the bay, and you simply must visit for a meal here. Hiring a driver and going over to Seminyak for a shopping trip or up to Ubud for the day is also very easily facilitated and reasonably cheap.
