Villa Alaya is a wonderful 4 bedroom villa situated in vibrant Seminyak and only a 10 min stroll from the beach. The villa is surrounded by restaurants, chic boutiques and glittering nightlife and the villa itself offers a pleasent homely ambience to it’s guests.

Living Areas

A spacious living room comprisesa large corner sofa, 52” flat screen TV with fan or air-conditioned climate control. A large open kitchen provides a place to cook and socialise and bi-folding doors lead to the swimming pool deck. Upstairs and guests will find another space to enjoy a game of billiards over a few casual drinks and nibblies. The villa offers modern design with all the ammenities one may expect to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Accomodation

4 bedrooms comfortably accomodates 8 guests. 3 bedrooms offer large double beds and en-suites whilst the fourth room has twin beds that can be configured into a double bed. Bedrooms feature air-condtioning, entertainment systems and sufficient wardrobe space for your belongings.

It is a pleasure getting lost in the abundance of Café’s, high-end boutiques, art galleries, and lavish spas on your 15-minute walk to the beach. Vibrant Dyana Pura Street, famous for its colorful shops, live music, and bustling pubs is just around the corner. A short stroll to Double-Six Beach and a little further down the street is where guests love to sit on colorful beanbags while sipping on cocktails to some of the most beautiful sunset views in Bali.
