A spacious living area provides the perfect place to relax and mingle in front of the the large flat screen TV with comfy L-shaped lounge, alternatively have a fine dining experience at the adjoining dining area with elegant table and chairs for 8 guests. Set out over 800sqm the villa boasts a main building with a master room, an open living area, a dining room, a kitchen and entertainment rooms which can be converted into extra bedrooms. The kitchen provides a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a juicer, a water dispenser and a refrigerator as well as china, cutlery and glassware. At the heart of Villa An Tan is an infinity pool surrounded by green lawn, lush tropical garden, barbecue kitchen and bar with stools and a relaxing bale by the pool.

Featuring 4 bedrooms the villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Four bedrooms within the villa, one attached to the main building, with king-sized bed and then the other three within separate guesthouses. The master bedroom in it’s own guesthouse poolside featuring king-sized bed, wardrobe with safety deposit box and en-suite bathroom with open shower. The other two guesthouses are air-conditioned rooms, with a king-size bed, a wardrobe with safety deposit box and a bathroom with bath tub, open shower.
