This chic, 2 bedroom villa is perfectly situated in the centre of Seminyak just behind Jalan Laksmana, famously referred to as Eat Street, where guests can find a wide variety of fine dining and high class boutiques. About a kilometre away are the glorious sands of KuDeTa beach club, one of the best spots on the island for watching the epic sunsets, famed on this coast, to some chilled out tunes.

Encircled by protective walls, this private, contemporary haven has been designed to deliver guests every comfort. Built across one level with an enchantingly high ceiling, a modern echo of Indonesia’s traditional architecture, topping the central living area, this property provides ample space and peace. All the rooms face onto the inviting waters of a private swimming pool and tropical garden. Here you will find wooden decking and loungers on which to spend relaxing afternoons.

The fully integrated living area is characterised by slick, minimalist design and has a comfortable cream L shaped sofa overlooking the pool, behind this is a dining table and to the rear of the space is a fully fitted kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and appliances you might need for your stay. This is a wonderful space to relax in and is open to the elements along one side. Wi-fi is also provided throughout this property.

The elegant bedrooms are located at either side of the living space and are reached through sliding glass doors. These are both stylishly decorated with mahogany furniture, double beds, Satellite TV and are fully air-conditioned. Each has its own private en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, shower and relaxing soaking bathtub.

This lovely villa is staffed by a daily housekeeping service and night time security is provided. The vibrant hub of Seminyak is a great base for exploring more of the island from hidden surfing beaches to ancient temples and rolling rice paddies.
