Overview

Villa Canggu South is a mere 100mtrs from the beach at Canggu and is divided into two separate residences which can be rented jointly or independently: four-bedroom Villa Canggu South is adjoined by two-bedroom Villa Canggu North, offering guests the choice of a two, four or six-bedroom renting option.

Living Areas

The main living area is accessed via the pool terrace where large glass doors provide an air-conditioned or open-air environment. The 60” TV , comfortable sofa and superior sound sysytem provide entertainment while the granite furnished bar/dining area complete the space. A mezzanine level is a relaxing place to read a book or open the glass to access the veranda where you can enjoy sunset cocktails. The 20mtr lap-pool area is decorated with waterfalls/fountains and the alfresco dining pavilion provides another dining option.

Accomodation

On the ground floor are two bedrooms, including the master suite, two more bedrooms are situated on the upper level alongside the living and dining room. All four bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, 21-inch satellite-channel TVs, DVD players, iPod docks, and safe deposit boxes. One bedroom features a king size bed and the other three the option of twins or king. Palimanan stone bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in rain shower and or soaking bathtubs.

Surrounding Areas

The villa is close to the Canggu club and only a 10min drive to Seminyak. Tanah Lot and the famous Nirwana Golf Club are also a short drive away. Echo Beach offers a selection of cafes and small restaurants and great waves for surfers.
