Overview

Villa Arza is one of three luxury villas that make up Canggu Terrace and is conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Seminyak with all of its great entertainment venues and fine restaurants. Situated amongst Bali’s famous rice terraces, the villa provides a rural setting where the only neighbours are farmers, cows and birdlife. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with two of them featuring sunny terraces overlooking the pool.

Living Areas

The main living area is situated in the main building featuring a fully equipped western kitchen and an elegant timber dining table that seats 6. Upstairs another living/entertainment room has a large comfortable sofa to enjoy TV and rice field views. The kidney shaped pool is split leveled offering another shallow wading pool for the kids. Relax in the sun lounges and look afar across the amazing views whilst sipping on a cold drink. Entertainment includes Satellite TV; DVD player; CD player and iPod dock.

Accomodation

Three bedrooms – each with a private terrace – are ideally positioned to look out over the neighbouring rice fields, that feature comfortable queen-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed with soaking bathtubs and seperate showers. Two bedrooms have queen size beds whilst the other twins easily convertible into a king size bed.

Our friendly but professional team of staff will look after your every need, be it a cold beer beside the pool, a luxuriant massage after a long day at the beach, or organising a daytrip to Ubud. Highly trained staff consist of a villa manager; assistant manager; private chef; housekeeping/butlers and 24hr security.

Pererenan Beach is only 5 km and vibrant Echo Beach is 6 km. The famous Greg Norman designed Nirwana Golf Club is a short drive away along with Tanah Lot temple and it’s impressive sunsets.
