This luxurious 6 bedroom Seminyak villa is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Batu Belig, just up the coast from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. A short walk will take you to the beach and the famous 707, a great place to watch the sunset to the sound of some chilled out tunes. This villa provides an excellent base for a large family or group and delivers some exotic island vibes with a plentiful dose of contemporary tropical opulence.

Set around a grand L shaped, salt water swimming pool, this large villa oozes style, space and sophistication. The lovely garden has paved paths through the grass and plentiful touches of the jungle, just so you are never far from the natural beauty characterises the best of Bali. Just beside this is a small communal living area with seating.

Poolside, under a cavernous beamed ceiling and open to the luscious elements is a stunning dining area replete with a giant wooden table with seating for up to 14 people. This is a truly elegant setting to indulge in some of the great food offered by this tropical paradise. A chef can be provided for an extra fee and BBQ’s can also be facilitated, these are a great option for a family night in.

Near this is a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stoves, grill oven, free flow water dispenser, toaster, blender, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

The 6 massive bedrooms are all of similar specifications except the 3 upstairs have tall thatched alang, alang roofs and the 3 on the ground floor have patio doors which open out into the garden. Each room is equipped with a king size bed, Sat TV, a DVD player, a refrigerator and plentiful storage for all your holiday purchases. These rooms are all stylishly decked out in white, black and cream with tasteful pops of red in the soft furnishings. All the rooms have their own ensuites and extra beds can be provided on request.

This villa is staffed by a fabulous team including housekeeping, a pool attendant, a gardener and security staff. A chef and a driver can be added to the list for an extra charge. Everything you need for a memorable holiday on the island of the Gods is provided by this unique property. In the immediate vicinity are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The Finns Club with its variety of facilities including a waterpark, tennis and ten pin bowling is about a 10 minute drive away and there is a Peptio supermarket near this too.
