Overview

The banks of the Yeh Penet River in Bali’s Tabanan Regency plays host to the stylish Villa Iskandar. The Villa can be booked in conjunction with Villa Atacaya for guests wanting to host large group holidays, weddings or special or events. The property’s stunning contemporary architecture is harmonised with dark timbers and a Chinese-themed decor, completed with antique furnishings and artwork throughout.

Living Areas

Designed over three levels the open-sided sitting area with comfortable sofas on the first floor overlooks the pool and river. The dining table seats 10 guests and is air-conditioned or open the french doors for an alfresco dining experience. The top floor media lounge has a  48” flat-screen TV, cable TV, DVD player and an adjoining kitchenette. A free form pool over looking the jungle canopy with pool deck and bale await the sun enthusiasts.

Accomodation

Four en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds provide accomodation for 8 guests. The master suite bedrooms are on the top level featuring Indoor/ outdoor en-suite bathroom with outdoor bath under a pergola and a 40” flatscreen TV.  All bedrooms are fully ar-conditioned and feature private terraces and entertainment facilities.

Hospitality

The Villa can comfortably accommodate four couples, family groups, girls’ getaway or guys on a golfing holiday, wanting to share the accommodation costs. There is plenty of space and the facilities will ensure everyone is comfortable.  Villa staff pride themselves on delivering service that is warm and attentive. Housekeeping and villa maintenance are pleased to serve and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition.
