Living Areas

The main living and dining area is housed in a single level pavilion at the end of the swimming pool. The area is spacious with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats 8 people, a 52cm plasma television, Bose surround sound system and a portable ipod dock and wi-fi internet access. The kitchen is packed with modern conveniences and is located off the living and dining areas where the resident chef can prepare meals throughout your stay. An expansive timber pool deck offers sun loungers, umbrellas and a bale area with outdoor tables and chairs for poolside dining.

Accomodation

Upstairs the master bedroom features a king sized bed, wooden floors, plasma television, en-suite bathroom, bath tub, separate shower and spacious balconies. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also feature king sized beds which can be converted into twin beds if required. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, fan-cooled and feature plasma televisions with satellite channels and DVD players.The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king sized bed and a spacious en-suite garden bathroom.

Villa Kipi aims to serve guests as comfortably and warmly as possible. Daily house keeping and butler are pleased to serve guests and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition,while 24-hour security oversee support and safety services.
