The open plan living area offers air-conditioned comfort and also features a modern kitchen, dining table for 8 guests, billiard table and comfortable sofa to watch movies on the large-screen satellite channel TV with Blu-ray disc player. Sliding glass doors open onto the partially covered deck where sun loungers line the 17-metre free-form pool and, set within a pretty patio, is a circular table and two chairs guarded by an ancient frangipani tree.

Accomodation

The master bedroom with it’s king size bed features air conditioning or ceiling fan, and other creature comforts include satellite-channel TV, Blu-ray disc player and iPod dock. A large en-suite offers twin washbasins, freestanding bathtub for two, and a walk-in rain shower open on one side to the fresh air. The second bedroom also features a king size bed that can be configured into twins and a mezzanine floor provides more bedding and is equipped with a satellite-channel TV, Blu-ray disc player and iPod dock.
