LIVING AREAS

Upon entry guests are greeted by an exquisitely manicured grassed area leading to a  large swimming pool lined with palm trees and offers views across the rice terraces. A timbered pool deck with sun lounges offers a relaxing and perfect outdoor entertaining area. the living area is open planned, creating a comfortable open space with views across the pool. A modern American style kitchen,  extensive marble island bench, wonderful 6 seater lounge, flat screen TV/DVD and a dining table for 6-8 pax complete with pool and garden view.Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

ACCOMMODATION

4 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 8 guests. All rooms are appointed with solid timber King size beds, cabinet systems, 32” flat screen TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fans, walk in wardrobe areas and his/her bathroom vanities. The upstairs bedrooms lend themselves to views of rice fields, cooling breezes and Berawa Beach whilst the downstairs rooms offer splendid garden and pool views.
