Overview

Villa Momentai is a brand new villa and part of a 6 villa compound, built over two-stories the villa offers tasteful artworks, funky design details and comfortable areas for all purposes. The villa is children friendly and this private pool villa offers Lounging/ clubbing, TV, game, dining & bar areas.

Living Areas

The large open plan living area features a huge timber dining table for 10 guests, a state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen with island bench and a large custom built sofa, all opening onto the manicured lawns and tropical garden. The swimming pool features a generous timber decking with a selection of daybeds and sun lounges.

Accomodation

Three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests. All feature en-suite bathrooms, two of them enclosed whilst a third offers an indoor/outdoor bathroom. The outdoor bathroom offers twin vanities and a large soaking bathtub.

The Villa comfortably accommodates 6.  Villa staff prides themselves on delivering service that is warm and attentive. Housekeeping and villa maintenance are pleased to serve and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition. Villa manager and the team are more than happy to address any questions or inquiries guests may have in order to ensure your stay with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Surrounding Areas

The famous Echo Beach –has a great seafood barbecue and sunset surfing.  Seminyak with its fine dining, funky clubs and chic shopping is 20 minutes south. Head north and you will soon reach and the Greg Norman designed Nirwana Golf Club.
