The brand new stunning, five-bedroom Mutiara Beach Villa embraces tradition with a sumptuous contemporary twist. Inspired by traditional wooden joglo houses of Java, with an injection of Western perfection, the property rests in blissful seclusion on 9700 square metres of seaside gardens in northwest Lombok. Mutiara Beach Villa is complemented by sophisticated facilities and superb service from a full team of caring staff including a manager, villa attendants, and a chef.

Living Areas

The property is entered via an impressive gateway bordered by a sizeable car parking area. Guests will be greeted in the large, open-sided living pavilion, which is flanked by a small ornamental pond and water fountain. Centrepiece is the 20 x 8 metre freeform swimming pool, complete with joglo-styled pool bar, while the five bedrooms, dining room with adjoining kitchen, and beachside gazebo are leisurely spread throughout the remainder of the expansive estate. The main living pavilion comprises a sitting area, furnished with chairs, sofas, coffee tables and beanbags focused around a 60-inch, satellite-channel TV and DVD player. In another corner is a pool table, and there is also a portable table-tennis table, a library, and a bar, creating the perfect social hub for guests to congregate, relax, watch a movie, read, or play games. The grand dining pavilion is open-sided and furnished with a table for twelve, which can be extended if required, perfect for formal dinners. At one end of the room is an open-plan kitchen and service counter, and behind this is the main kitchen, well equipped with a five-burner stove, an oven, fridge, freezer, charcoal grill, and everything else that the chef needs in order to prepare delicious meals. Mutiara Beach Villa presents an enticing, 8 x 20 metre, freeform swimming pool bordered by a timber sundeck, furnished with sunloungers and umbrellas oriented towards the sea view.

Accommodation

The master suite and guestrooms are housed within five self-contained Joglo buildings, complete with ensuite bathrooms, wide verandas, and lovely views of the ocean, the garden and the pool.

Hospitality

The Villa can comfortably accommodate five couples, family groups, girls’ getaway or guys on a golfing holiday, wanting to share the accommodation costs. There is plenty of space and the facilities will ensure everyone is comfortable.  Villa staff pride themselves on delivering service that is warm and attentive.
