This lovely 3 bedroom villa offers those on a budget a great opportunity to stay in the lap of luxury right in the centre of Seminyak. This villa is located down a quiet lane, just off the famous Jalan Laksmana or ‘Eat Street’ as it is known by locals, providing guests with easy access to all the wonderful day spas, renowned restaurants, bars and clubs.

Entered through a petite but well-appointed tropical garden, this area includes swimming pool edged by a sunbathing deck and loungers. This is a great place to relax and unwind in the company of your loved ones, share stories of your island adventures and have a few cold drinks.

The fully air-conditioned accommodation is spread over two floors and designed so all the rooms have views through large glass and timber patio doors, over the glittering waters of the pool and pops of tropical greenery.

Open plan and decorated in subtle tones, the living area comprises of a sitting room, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining table with 6 chairs. Your entertainment needs are met with a Satellite TV and a DVD player and Wi-Fi is provided throughout. The design emphasise in this villa is on slick, contemporary comfort. The large glass doors in this room, make it very versatile and they can be opened to let in the natural sea breezes or shut so that the air-conditioning can be switched on.

This modern theme continues into the bedrooms which are all decorated in a minimalist style with a monochromatic palette. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and its own luxury ensuite. The other two bedrooms, form a practical family suite and are interconnecting, sharing a bathroom. One of these has a king size bed and the other has a single bed.
