Villa Plawa is a 4 bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & has been transformed into a beautiful holiday villa right in the heart of happening Seminyak. It’s just a 10min walk to the beach in front of Gado-Gado restaurant and close to several popular cafes as well as Bintang Supermarket for all your grocery needs. The villa boasts four king sized bedrooms, authentic Balinese architecture with vibrant interiors and packed full of modern amenities. Plawa has been completely renovated in 2014.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa is situated on a large parcel of land of just over 1,000 sq meters of rather enchanting lush tropical gardens that are both well established and perfectly maintained. The gardens private pool is extensive in size and complimented by a by beautiful flowering frangipanis, mango trees, other lush tropical palms as well as the traditional alang-alang thatched roofs.

Living Areas

The main lounge area and social hub is open sided with soaring thatched ceilings and large fans to circulate the gentle sea breezes. There are a selection of rattan lounges in vibrant red for you to relax on as you watch a DVD or one of the satellite channels on the large 61 inch flat-screen TV with great views the length of the garden. The kitchen has every modern convenience you will need, located in its own self contained pavilion and adjacent to the formal dining table that seats up to 10 guests.

4 Bedrooms

The villa boasts four King sized private bedroom sanctuaries, all featuring beautiful teak timber beds and each with their own private en-suites. The rooms provide flat-screen TV’s for night time entertainment, black out curtains for long holiday sleep-ins, safety box, plenty of wardrobe space for all your newly purchased clothes along with twin vanities and spacious rain showers in all en-suites.

Staff & Services

There is five full-time staff to make sure your holiday is all about relaxation, the villas manager will always be contactable for guest’s special needs and the villa will be cleaned each day at your convenience with a late afternoon turn-down service. There are night time security services and the pool attendant may pop in to make sure the waters in your private swimming pool are crystal clear.

Around Villa Plawa, Seminyak

Make your way along Jalan Plawa toward the beach and you will find some authentic Indonesian Warung styled restaurants as well as Warung Ocha with great coffee and local cuisines. If you turn left along Jalan Raya Seminyak you will Bintang Supermarket which sells everything to take back to your villa from fresh produce, imported foods, wines and spirits. Jalan Raya Seminyak is complete with cafes; Café Moka a popular choice, great restaurants such as Warisan and Sip Wine bar & Restaurant, not to mention an array of chic boutiques, day spas and many souvenir vendors. Take Jalan Camplung Tanduk straight down to the beach where you can enjoy sunsets from the sky lounge on top of the Anantara Hotel or maybe just chill out in a beanbag on the sand at La Plancha as a magical Bali sunset captures your full attention.
