Living Areas

Santa Rosa is home to a spacious and breezy open-plan living area that overlooks a sparkling rectangular pool. Inside you’ll find solid slate flooring that stretches throughout the entire ground floor. A beige sofa and single settee offer a comfortable spot for a nap or some light reading. There’s a small, square solid wood dining table that seats up to six for a no-fuss home cooked meal that you can whip up in the small but fully equipped kitchen. Santa Rosa also boasts a more formal rectangular dining table that also accommodates six adults. Kids will love watching movies on the beanbags in the TV room. There’s cable TV with hundreds of channels as well as a surround sound system, so draw the blinds, turn the air-conditioner on, lie back and watch something on the flat screen TV for a delightfully cozy evening.

Outside, the sparkling blue pool stretches from one side of the property to the other and is flanked by tropical foliage on one side and timber decking on the other. Two bean bags under a parasol provide guests with a heavenly little hangout spot to enjoy a Bintang, or two, while dipping their feet in the refreshing water. Behind is a more formal seating area comprising of two rattan settees with plush pillows. In the mornings, we suggest that you take your complimentary coffee and slowly make your way to this gorgeous little spot to enjoy the sounds of the birds and cool morning air. By night, the outside area is beautifully illuminated, making it an incredibly tempting place for a night time swim.

2 Bedrooms

The well-appointed bedrooms at Santa Rosa accommodate up to four guests. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and features parquet flooring throughout. In the center of the room is a top of the range queen sized bed dressed in fresh white linens and adorned with colorful scatter pillows. The room provides gorgeous green views of rice paddies and banana trees in the surrounding areas below.  The bedroom contains a sizable wardrobe perfect for all of your Bali purchases.

The second bedroom is also generously appointed and like the master bedroom, it is fully air-conditioned and features a very comfortable queen size bed. It also features two bright yellow beanbags that are great for relaxing on and checking emails or social media. You’ll be pleased to know that Santa Rosa offers fiber optic WIFI, so streaming movies from any part of the house is possible. Both of the bedrooms are ensuite equipped and the bathrooms are divine. They feature large, modern rainfall showers, twin wash basins and potted tropical plants and flowers which provide a perfect contrast of contemporary luxury with eye-catching natural elements.

Staff

The staff at Santa Rosa are professional, discrete and very warm. They’ll work hard to ensure you have the most comfortable and memorable stay possible. You’ll be treated to daily housekeeping so the place will remain as immaculate as the day you walked in. The laundry service will ensure that you have a constant supply of fresh towels and that the linens are changed frequently. Santa Rosa also comes with an on-call Villa Manager as well as a butler who will be there to greet you and help you with your bags.

Location in Seminyak

Santa Rosa is the place for small groups looking to enjoy some of Bali’s best eateries, cafes and bars. Only a 600m walk away from Petitenget Beach and the numerous beach bars on its shores, Santa Rosa is absolutely unbeatable in terms of location.  The villa is also only a short walk away from away from world-famous Eat Street with notable restaurants such as Mamasan, Merah Putih and Kilo.
