3 Bedrooms

Villa Sinta features two king bedrooms and one twin room for your accommodations. The king rooms host king beds with luxury mattresses, ideal for a deep slumber or quick catnap. The twin room features a pair of luxury mattress-topper king single beds, perfect for the kids or single guests. All are supported on clean, modern design, wood bedframes, and ensconced in tasteful yet colorful linens and pillows.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned and also includes ceiling fans for climate comfort. Fine appointments to each room include flat screen TV’s, DVD players, in-room safes, end tables, lamps, and plenty of storage. Minimal but tasteful decor and lots of natural light make these rooms both inviting and cozy. The upstairs rooms have a terrace view of the pool area and tropical gardens below.

Ensuite bathrooms complete the bedroom package. A mix of stone and wood design elements create a cheerful atmosphere for a hot shower or refreshing shave. Showers, sinks, clean towels, and all the necessities are provided. An additional non-attached guest bathroom is also included in the home for you and your guests’ convenience.

Living Area

The large open-plan living area has two big sliding glass doors that fill the room with natural light, and conveniently open onto the pool area, allowing you to go from the couch to the deep end if you dare. The comfy sofas are arranged around a full entertainment center with plasma flat screen TV, cable channels, DVD player, surround sound stereo system, and including high speed WIFI for hooking up streaming services if you desire.

The formal dining area has a gorgeous dark wood table and eight high-backed rattan chairs, ready for you to chow down on a special supper treats. The open kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, water dispenser, and all the accessories you need for cheffing up a light snack or early morning meal.

Take a cooling swim in the cerulean waters of the L-shaped pool, surrounded by high walls and tall green tropical foliage creating a perfect private environment. Grab some rays on one of the poolside reclining sun beds. When you’re ready for a little shade, the covered bale offers a daybed that’s perfect for relaxing with a summer novel, snuggling with a loved one, or practicing your downward dog.
