Overview

Villa Tantangan is a modern three bedroom villa with an absolute beach front location set on a seven thousand square meter parcel of land. Situated right next door to the famous Greg Norman designed, Bali Nirwana Golf club, Villa Tantangan accesses Nyanyi Beach directly from the house through a small, typical Balinese gate at the bottom of the garden.

Living Areas

This eco – friendly villa is completley off the grid, producing electricity via solar energy thus giving back to the planet. The living area (72sqm) is completely open to help natural ventilation and the flat roofs have been planted with shrubs for heat insulation. This is, in addition to its useful insulation purpose, also very beautiful and helps to integrate the house with its surroundings. The large open plan living area features custom built timber sofas with pastel blue accents, an ultra modern kitchen and large dining table. The 20mtr infinity pool provides a large timber deck and sun lounges and a BBQ to cook up a seafood banquet. There is also a closed living room or media room (37 sqm) in case you want to watch TV in the comfort of an air conditioned room.

Accomodation

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests. Two king size bedrooms and the third with twins. Two bedroom en-suites provide bathtubs and showers whilst the third, shower only. Bedrooms are spacious, bright and colourful and all beds provide mosquito nets for peaceful uninterupted sleeps.

The villa is serviced by highly trained staff and take great pride in ensuring all guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay. Housekeeping staff maintain the villa impeccably and  the villa manager will attend to your every need.

Surrounding Areas

The famous Echo Beach –has a great seafood barbecue and sunset surfing.  Seminyak with its fine dining, funky clubs and chic shopping is 20 minutes south. Just next door is the Greg Norman designed Nirwana Golf Club.
