Designed and built in 2011 by Esa International, this stunning property employs the use of a traditional cathedral-like, toraja roof gifting it a cutting edge silhouette. This can be fully appreciated from the unconventional, circular swimming pool which sits nestled in the front of this structure. With sail-like canopies which provide some shade, it can almost appear as if you are literally afloat in a green dream of rice paddies and endless blue skies.

The deck directly underneath these sails offers the ideal place to watch a sunset or to survey the thoughtfully landscaped gardens, with a G&T while reclining on theluxurious sofa complete with footstools. And if you can bear to be parted from the exotic views there is a large LCD satellite TV with a BOSE sound systemfor catching up on the latest news or watching movies.

Into the body of the building, under the vaulted timber ceilings there is a solid wooden dining table which seats eight people. Here, you can sample the culinary delights provided by the in-house chef, who will cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To one side is a bar designed with a delicately mixed cocktail of bamboo and cutting edge sliver stools. The natural palette of wood is perfectly completed by these touches of chrome throughout the living area.

Either side of the yacht-like toraja are spacious bedrooms, enclosed in their own air conditioned cocoons. These are entered through floor to ceiling glass, which means you are never far away from the stunning views. They are furnished with queen sized beds and high quality linen all in natural shades.There is a further bedroom with a queen sized bed and one with twin beds, again all tastefully decked out with the most contemporary of fittings.

The feast for the senses, does not stop there…..all four bedrooms have beautifully finished bathrooms with stone features and tropical greenery, some with private, peekaboo outside spaces. Their dark hues contrast and compliment the bright, light filled spaces of the bedrooms and living accommodation.

On hand to cater to your every need are housekeeping staff and a chef as well as a villa manager. A driver and a shopping assistant can be booked for an extra fee.With this boundless luxury, it will take some effort to explore the rest of the area. Canggu has many excellent cafes and surf spots but if you want a bit more action, take the short 20 minute trip into Seminyak and hit the fashionable boutiques and excellent restaurants.
