Villa Waringin is a stunning six-bedroom beachfront villa that’s absolutely ideal for big families or groups of friends in need of a lavish but peaceful getaway. Villa Waringin takes the meaning of ocean views to a whole new level: The villa is practically at the ocean’s edge, giving lucky guests gorgeous sea views from dusk until dawn and immediate beach access. Villa Waringin is incredibly spacious, set in a 2500 square meter garden with a 100 square meter infinity pool and children’s pool. The villa was constructed to give big groups lots of space so there’s ample room for the little ones to run around and have a wonderful time.

Waringin was created with simple luxury in mind. Every one of the six ensuite bedrooms has been designed with a unique scheme, and we’re sure that you’ll find one that speaks to your aesthetic tastes. Villa Waringin is one of five luxury properties in Pantai Lima and guests have access to the communal tennis courts and a gym, which they’re invited to use at their leisure.

Pantai Lima is deeply serene and there are very few tourists around. Take a walk in the morning and you’ll find that it’s almost like having your own private stretch of beach. 6 Bedrooms

All six of the bedrooms at Villa Waringin were built with your utmost comfort in mind. All of the rooms bar one contain Super King beds and large doubles. Rest assured that the coil spring mattresses are of the highest quality, and the beds have been dressed in fresh white linens and adorned with fluffy pillows to guarantee you get a refreshing night’s sleep. All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and contain thick curtains that block out all of the sun.

Each bedroom comes with a large LCD TV with satellite as well as a DVD player and Bose sound system. It’s a snazzy little set up that’s ideal for watching movies together in the comfort and privacy of your gorgeous bedroom. All of the bedrooms have stunning accompanying ensuite bathrooms that feature bathtubs, state of the art, high-pressure showers, or both. They also contain all the amenities you’ll need plus the extras you deserve.

Three of the six bedrooms provide guests with breathtaking ocean views. There’s also a large balcony connecting the two bungalows facing the ocean. It’s a gorgeous place to have your morning breakfast with the tantalizing sea breeze rushing by and the sound of the crashing waves in the background.

Living Area

The living area at Villa Waringin has a chic, modern and comfortable vibe. It’s an indoor living room, meaning you can turn on the air-conditioning and enjoy spending time with loved ones in cool comfort. The living room features several comfortable settees and chairs that are great for cozying up with a book or just relaxing with your laptop and a Bintang.

To the left side you’ll find a charming formal dining area that accommodates up to ten adults. Pantai Lima is proud to offer a talented and dedicated group of cooks that will serve you and your family a variety of Western, Asian and Indonesian food at your request. Don’t hesitate to ask for them if you’d like to be pampered within the confines of your gorgeous holiday villa.

The outdoor area is absolutely breathtaking owing to the dramatic sea view. The large rectangular pool is also incredibly impressive, and the little bubbling Jacuzzi is perfect for a spot of indulgence with a glass of bubbly in hand. You can relax on one of the sun loungers by the large pool knowing that the kids are having a ball splashing around in the children’s pool.

Staff

The staff at Pantai Lima are incredibly hospitable and discrete. The villa will be well taken care of by the housekeeper who will visit daily, as well as the gardener and pool maintenance man. The estate is guarded by friendly security so you will always have peace of mind.

Location

Villa Waringin is one of five lavish beachfront villas situated on Pantai Lima, a very serene and private beach in Canggu. You’ll enjoy the glistening volcanic sand and views of the Bukit Peninsula in the background, but refrain from swimming too deep in the ocean as the currents are quite strong.

Pantai Lima estate is situated in Pereranan, a sleepy village that’s said to be reminiscent of old Bali. Pereranan is the perfect destination for holidaymakers seeking peace and serenity rather than the buzz of Kuta or Seminyak. Canggu is only a five-minute drive away, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and boutiques.

Head over to Old Man’s for a cold one at sunset, or head to Finn’s Beach Club and lounge around on a daybed all day with one delicious cocktail after another. You really don’t have to head to Seminyak for that quintessential Bali experience. There’s also a great selection of notable restaurants in Canggu such as Ji, One Eyed Jack and La Finca.
