Bali Beats Villa is a well-appointed two-storey private villa offering a comfortable tropical living environment with a practical and elegant layout. Located in Canggu, this villa is set in a popular area known for cafes, restaurants, shops, and beaches.

Upon entering property, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows directly toward outdoor pool area. Living area is furnished with comfortable couch, ceiling fan, and water dispenser, set within an open-plan design that allows natural airflow and relaxed tropical ambiance.

Additional facilities include powder room located next to storage area, providing extra practicality for guests.

Property also includes parking area suitable for a couple of motorbikes.

Due to pool depth and villa layout, property may be more suitable for adults or families with older children. Access to villa is via smaller access road and best suited for motorbike access.

Living and Kitchen Areas

 Dining area is integrated with kitchen and features breakfast bar with wooden bar stools, complemented by traditional decorative elements such as gebyok and lesung, adding a touch of authentic Indonesian character to space.

Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, three-burner stovetop, wine cellar, coffee maker, and electric kettle, providing convenience for everyday dining.

Accommodation

Villa features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Master bedroom is located on ground floor, complete with spacious bathroom featuring bathtub and walk-in wardrobe. Second and third bedrooms are positioned on upper floor, each featuring a private balcony.

All bedrooms are furnished and equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen televisions for comfort.

Pool and Garden

Outdoor area features 4 x 10 meter swimming pool with approximately 1.6 meter depth, outdoor shower, and pool deck with a pair of sunbeds, ideal for relaxing by pool.

Location

Villa is situated in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood, allowing guests to enjoy lively atmosphere of Canggu while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Berawa Beach is around 7-10 minutes by motorbike.

Popular cafes such as Milk & Madu and Baked are also within a short drive. Ngurah Rai International Airport can be reached in around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
