Our villa consultant will review availability, answer your questions and discuss the best options for your trip.
A confirmation letter is issued and we will ask for a deposit to secure your vacation dates, since villas work on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the villa has been secured, our guest services will assist with any arrangements you need – from car rentals and provisioning to private chef services (pl have a look at our concierge services). Information’s will be sent to provide all the contact info you’ll need on site.
When you arrive, there will be someone to pick you up from the airport and guide you to your private villa. A villa manager will be waiting for you to meet and greet, giving you all villa and area information you may need, assisting you in settle the open rental rate balance, making a short tour, handing over the keys and then leave you to enjoy your holiday.
