Set within a secure neighbourhood surrounded by private villas, Villa Santhira is a three-bedroom private villa located in the heart of Seminyak, close to the iconic “Eat Street.”

Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, it offers a warm and homey atmosphere, complemented by a private swimming pool, spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an airy layout that makes the villa feel both bright and roomy.

The property is situated in a small alley best suited for motorbike access. A parking area is provided and can accommodate a couple of motorbikes. Villa Santhira offers a perfect balance between tropical living and everyday comfort, making it ideal for family holidays.

Living and Kitchen Areas

The fully enclosed living and dining area features large glass doors that allow plenty of natural light and fresh air into the space. Finished with parquet flooring, the area feels both cozy and refined. A comfortable couch, LED TV, and air conditioner complete the living area. The glass doors can be opened or closed while still offering views of the pool.

The dining area can accommodate up to six guests and is integrated with a modern kitchen equipped with home appliances, including an oven, dispenser, Three-burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle, supporting self-catering throughout the guest stay. A laundry area and storage room are also provided on the second floor.

Accommodation

The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and designed with high ceilings to create a comfortable and airy atmosphere.

Each bedroom is furnished with a large walk-in wardrobe, work desk, and bathroom amenities. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, while the second and third bedrooms are positioned on the second floor with private balconies.

Pool and Garden

The outdoor area features a swimming pool that offers both space efficiency and contemporary design appeal. This area is also complete with outdoor chairs, an outdoor shower, and a pool deck with a pair of sunbeds.

The villa strategic location also offers easy access to Seminyak Square, Seminyak Village, and other lifestyle hubs.

Meanwhile, Petitenget Beach and Seminyak Beach are around 5 minutes away by motorbike, while Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 40–45 minutes away, depending on traffic.
