This spectacular 5 bedroom exotic holiday Seminyak villa has beautiful uninterrupted views over the iconic rice fields of Bali and is yet conveniently close to the cosmopolitan centre of Seminyak. This spacious private sanctuary as well as being perfect for a family holiday & also provides a great space for a wedding or special event.

A traditional wooden Javanese joglo forms the centrepiece of this lovely property and its voluminous interior houses the living accommodation under a striking, soaring roof. Rustic and yet modern with a palette of light grey, this space provides the ultimate in peaceful surroundings and is open to the elements along the side facing the garden. There are plenty of places to lounge on the ornamental Balinese day beds and curl up with one of the books provided or just marvel at the views. Entertaining here is a must and good food and conversation are encouraged by the formal dining table under the muted light of the chandelier. Wi-Fi is, of course, provided throughout.

The large rectangular pool, a focal point of the undulating tropical garden, is perfect for swimming laps or frolicking with the children. Around its glittering waters are plenty of loungers for basking in the sun and to one side is a traditionally thatched gazebo complete with scatter cushions creating a great space for a massage to the lilting sounds of breezes playing in the paddy fields.

All of the air-conditioned bedroom suites are beautifully furnished with a minimalist flavour, topped with crisp white linens and each is provided with a TV/DVD player with international satellite channels. The large master suite is located in a standalone bungalow and is drenched in natural light by full length glass windows. This room boasts a king size bed swathed in canopy drapes and a luxurious ensuite with a spa-style, river-rock bathtub and a rain-shower. The further 4 guest suites are located in a 2 story building opposite and feature either twin or king size beds with a wide variety of configurations to suit the guests in residence. All of these have beautifully appointed ensuites with rain fall showers.

This villa is fully staffed by a lovely team, including a villa manager, who want nothing more than for you to have the time of your life. Villa Alea unlike many properties in this area of Bali is wide open to the fabulous views but only a short drive from Seminyak. Here, guests can shop till they drop in fashionable boutiques, live in up in trendy beach clubs like Ku De Ta, spend an afternoon in the spa or sample the culinary delights provided by restaurants like Metis, Sardine and La Favela.
