This ultra-modern 5 bedroom villa is situated on JalanKayuAya, one of the best shopping streets in Seminyak and provides guests with a luxurious haven in which to enjoy their stay on this charismatic island.

On entering the villa, you are greeted by the crystal clear waters of the swimming pool which is framed by emerald, tropical greenery and wooden decking. This little oasis also includes a sturdy wooden day bed shaded by a traditionally tiled roof, providing a sheltered spot to lounge in during the heat of the day. Four sun loungers surround the pool on the decking area for those who wish to work on their sun tans, also included, to one side of the bale, is a high quality BBQ, perfect for tossing a variety of delicious local seafood on during one of those famous, balmy Balinese evenings.

The main living area faces and is open to the pool but can be made shadier if you choose to draw the white linen curtains. This is an extensive area with a variety of luxurious seating including a beautifully carved sofa with sink-into-it cushions. Touches of local artwork including an awesome sunset finish the idyllic picture.

The open plan dining room and kitchen sits to one side, framed by curtains which can be closed to create a cosier atmosphere. The dining table seats easily seats 6 and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a large fridge in which to keep a plentiful supply of cool drinks. It is doubtful that, with the many fine restaurants only a short walk away that you will ever feel like cooking here.

Villa Alleria’s sleeping accommodation is fully air-conditioned and spread over both floors. Two bedrooms are situated upstairs with balconies overlooking the palatial view of your swimming pool with a further two bedrooms downstairs. These are all furnished with king sized beds and crisp white linen with runners and cushions that pop different colours depending on the room you are in, adding a little individuality to each.All the bedrooms come with stylishly appointedensuite bathrooms. These have thoughtful design touches in the smooth pebbled shower surrounds and moulded stone sinks.

With all the shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, this villa is a sanctuary of calm for you to retreat to after a busy day enjoying the plethora of delights that Bali has to offer whether this is learning to surf, visiting temples or just taking advantage of a traditional massage.

Our staff include a Villa Manager, a concierge, a butler, a gardener and a full time housekeeper. Daily tasks such as cleaning, washing dishes, changing linen and laundry will all be taken care of, so all you have to do is chill out!
