Situated on a 2 hectare estate, Villa Arsana sits beside a small hillside and is edged with a lush tropical canopy and mature manicured tropical gardens. Providing modern and contemporary design this villa is beautifully appointed with fine furnishings and is perfect for weddings, spiritual retreats, or even for families and friends looking for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas.

Living Areas

The main living pavilion offers views across the gardens and swimming pool. This area features large glass sliding doors to create an alfresco experience or enjoy in air-conditioned comfort. A seperate dining area features a grand 12 seater dining table adjacent to the fully stocked cocktail bar. An outdoor al-fresco style dining area is surrounded by hanging white flowers. An expansive pool deck and outdoor bar area is perfect for sun seekers.

Accomodation

Five suite bedrooms comprise one bedroom with a king size bed, two with queen size beds, one with twin beds and another with a queen that can be converted into twin beds. The seperate master pavilion is surrounded by a lilly pond and features a walk-in wardrobe, TV room, en suite bathroom, private study, and a separate bedroom suitable for children. All bedrooms boast cheerful color themes, cable TV/DVD players, and air-conditioning.

A villa manager, villa supervisor, private chef, housekeeping, security, gardener, maintenance and driver are available.
