Overview

With rice field views, this L-shaped two-storey villa features a 20mtr swimming pool, large open plan living pavilion and accomodation for up to 8 guests. The villas location provides easy access to both Brawa and Echo Beach where you will find great surf and plenty of cullinary delights.

Living Areas

The main living pavilion provides a formal dining area next to an open-sided garden room.  A bar and fully equipped kitchen provide great catering facilities and a place for guests to mingle. The second pavilion provides a covered terrace and on the ground floor an ‘art gallery’ seperates two bedrooms. Upstairs another TV room opens onto the terrace area. There’s lots of outdoor living space too. In addition to the large semi-alfresco seating area adjoining the living pavilion, sun loungers line the ironwood pool deck.

Accomodation

Four spacious bedrooms comfortably accomodate 8 guests. Two bedrooms feature king size beds and another two with twin beds that can be converted to kings. Bedrooms open onto private gardens or a terrace and feature iPod dock, 32-inch TV with satellite channels and DVD player, air-conditioning, overhead fan (for the master suites), and a window seat that converts to a single bed for extra guests. Master bedroom en-suite bathrooms feature generous garden bathrooms with twin vanities, rain shower cubicles and terrazzo bathtubs.
