Living Areas

Living and dining spaces are chic, comfortable and flow freely to the garden. A party size dining table and covered barbecue area provide for great entertaining areas. The 55-inch TV with stylish monochrome lounge room, super-comfortable couches and small library provide for relaxation or listen to tunes on the Bose sound system. The lounge, kitchen and dining area all have floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which can be opened or closed. Vibrant soft furnishings, designed and printed by the owners along with the whimsical fibre-glass bull in the garden along with super-stylish architecture make Villa Issi a unique holiday hideaway.

Accomodation

All bedrooms are air-conditioned with 32-inch TV’s/DVD and Bose surround-sound. The master bedroom upstairs features a large dressing area, terrazzo bathroom, freestanding tub and outdoor rain showers. Two more bedrooms are located in the guest pavilion featuring en-suite garden bathrooms with rain showers and romantic bathtubs for two.

Hospitality

The highly trained staff consist of a Villa manager; private chef; housekeeping; butler; gardener/pool maintenance and security. Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses) available on request.

Surrounding Areas

Villa Issi is located a short walk from both Ku De Ta/Oberoi and also Jalan Laksmana(Eat Street). It’s location offers peace and solitude whilst all that Seminyak has to offer is a short stroll away.
