Living and Kitchen Areas
The ground floor features a bright and airy living space, enhanced by expansive glass doors that invite natural light and airflow throughout. A comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV makes this area perfect for relaxing, while a ceiling fan adds extra comfort and overlooks the pool and garden.
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects to a simple dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, including a stove, microwave, fridge, and an island table with breakfast stools, all designed with simplicity and functionality in mind.
A storage area and powder room are conveniently located on the ground floor for guests, along with a spacious parking area.
