Villa Joss is located is located only 100m from beautiful Batubelig beach in Seminyak offering ocean views. This four bedroom pavilion layout offers guest’s an expansive living and dining room area, entertainment room and business centre an open air ‘bale’ with a 16-metre swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.

Living Areas

The living/dining pavilion is air-conditioned and features high ceilings, large glass doors, teak dining table for ten, BOSE surround sound system, two fully-equipped kitchens and a business centre. As you move outside guest’s are greeted by a non slip marble pool deck, swimming pool with jacuzzi, manicured grass areas and an outdoor bale pavilion with BOSE sound system, dining table, 45” flat screen TV and Wifi.

Accomodation

Four bedrooms comfortably accomodate 8 guests. Three bedrooms offer king sized beds while the fourth twin beds, all with en-suites, 42” satellite-channel flat screen TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe deposit box and WiFi internet connection.

Hospitality

The Villa can comfortably accommodate four couples, family groups, girls’ getaway or guys on a golfing holiday, wanting to share the accommodation costs. There is plenty of space and the facilities will ensure everyone is comfortable.  Villa staff prides themselves on delivering service that is warm and attentive. Housekeeping and villa maintenance are pleased to serve and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition. Located on Batubelig Beach, guests of Villa Joss are a short drive to the centre of Seminyak, Canggu Club and the popular Echo Beach. Famous restaurants such as Mosaic, Naughty Nuri’s, Sardine and Metis are in close proximity.
