Villa Kaba Kaba is an eight bedroom estate offering spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, situated on 13,000sq mtrs of land. Perfect for special functions and gatherings such as weddings. The villa boasts a fabulous rural rice terrace setting,  with dramatic panoramic views.

Living Areas

A multitude of luxurious living areas consists of a formal living room, dining pavilion with table for 18, kitchen with drinks bar, three sitting areas, library, media room, games room and a rooftop entertainment area with bar. The villa offers fantastic entertainment facilities including a 60-inch satellite channel TV, 106-inch projector screen, Blu-ray disc player, Wii entertainment system and Bose surround-sound system in media room, 32-inch satellite TVs and Blu-ray disc players in all bedrooms (apart from bunk room) plus guest kitchen and Pande living room, 3 iPods and iPod docks in every room. Outdoors guests can enjoy the 25mtr swimming pool, full-size tennis court, croquet lawn, 5 adults’ bikes, 2 kids’ bikes and theres also a well eqipped gym.

Accomodation

There is ample accomodation to sleep up to 14 adults and 4 children. Five bedrooms feature king size beds, another two with twin beds convertible to king size beds and another room with four bunk beds. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and there are 8 bathrooms in total.

A villa manager, villa supervisor, private chef, housekeeping, security, gardener, maintenance and driver are available. Our friendly but professional team of staff will look after your every need, be it a cold beer beside the pool, a luxuriant massage after a long day at the beach, or organising a daytrip to Ubud.

Located in Kaba Kaba Village, Tabanan Regency, Villa Kaba Kaba is 9km from Seseh Beach and 10km from the popular Echo Beach. The famous Greg Norman designed Bali Nirwana Golf Club is a short drive away.
