Nilaya at The Residence Seminyak is an elegantly styled large five bedroom villa located in the absolute heart of Seminyak. Just an easy walk to Jalan Laksmana and Kayu Aya commonly known as “Eat Street” with its restaurants, boutique shopping and bustling nightlife yet far enough removed for guests to enjoy some peace and serenity. Set on over 800 square meters of tropical landscaped gardens this two level villa features traditional alang-alang thatched roofing and superbly decorated interiors. Effortlessly combining all the comforts of modern living with traditional Balinese concepts, this villa is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Living areas
A large open plan lounge and dining area adjoins a western style kitchen. Bi-fold timber doors open out onto sun-filled entertaining deck and a generous sized pool.
Accommodation
Four spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs, are contained within the main villa. Separate from the main villa, in a pavilion, is another king-size ensuite bedroom, also featuring a flat-screen TV for entertainment.
With the ability to easily accommodate up to 10 guests in comfort, Villa Nilaya at The Residence Seminyak is the perfect choice for large families, or groups looking to share maintain their own space and privacy.

The Residence, Seminyak is no more than an easy 5 minute walk to Jalan Laksmana and Jalan Kayu Aya commonly known as “Eat Street” with its plethora of cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village, two upmarket shopping centers, can also be found here, and, it’s just a leisurely 10 minute walk to the beach.
