Noku Beach House is a 6 bedroom Seminyak villa holiday rental & takes up prime Seminyak position, with its absolute beachfront location on Seminyak Beach between Double Six Beach and the iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club. The villa is brand new boasting a 25 metre lap pool that stretches out to the beach, with adjacent poolside relaxation/dining gazebos, sunset terraces and even a tennis court. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms, a team of friendly staff and immediate walking access to all of Seminyak’s favorite tourist areas.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The outdoor setting is nothing short of stunning, direct ocean views where you can walk straight onto the sand and take a swim in the ocean. There are an array of spots to enjoy the outdoors; maybe one of the sun loungers by the pool, the main entertainment gazebo with its couches and dining amenities, out on the pool side tennis court hitting a few winners or pick a spot on one of the sunset terraces, enjoying a cold drink, some holiday music and the view of the rolling waves. On a parcel of some 1,700 sq meters, the villa is also perfect for weddings of up to 200 guests, or 150 guests seated.

The villas stylish interiors are highlighted by decorative pieces from parts of Asia, an entertaining and dining terrace offers the perfect spot for al-fresco dining. The villa has a state-of-the-art media room with projector as well as Satellite channels, smart Apple TV and an integrated Void Sound System to set your preferred holiday mood. Your private chefs can prepare meals to suit your pallet and the villa has lots of games for the kids, cooking classes for the girls and pool toys for the kids. There is a private spa room with professional spa treatment facilities; it even has its own private plunge pool.

The villa has 6 bedrooms with private en-suites, king sized beds in all of the rooms with the option of converting to twin single beds for three of the rooms. The bedrooms are fitted with all the latest amenities, sleek and stylish furnishings and views of the ocean from your private retreats.

Staff & Services

The villas friendly staff consists of a guest relations manager, to take care of all your individual needs, reservations, bookings and transport. The villa has a private car and driver, available 8 hours per day not including fuel. The staff can arrange child care services, pool safety fences, cots, high chairs and even yoga instructors.
