Overview

The Layar is a cluster of 23 individual villas offering world class design and architecture accompanied with five-star service provided by 100+ staff. Each villa offers modern architecture with ultra-chic interiors, large gardens and the architects’ signature sloping rooves. Villas range from one to four bedroom configuration with their own private pool.

Living Areas

The dramatically sloping ironwood-shingle rooves are a feature of the villa encompassing the living areas and providing a truely unique aesthetic. The open air living and dining area also features a modern and well equipped galley kitchen. A custom-designed teakwood sofa faces the entertainment centre and the pool deck has sun lounges to relax in.

Accomodation

The bedroom is beautifully appointed featuring a king sized bed, window onto the courtyard and sliding doors to the pool deck. A bathroom styled garden features twin vanities and a large statuesque stone bathtub.

Hospitality

A team of 80 staff, including an estate manager, chefs, cooks, service staff, 24-hour receptionist, daily housekeeping staff, maintenance engineers and security ensures the smooth running of The Layar Villa estate.
