6 Cafes You Need to Try in Bali
Chia seeds have become one of the most popular superfoods in the health community. They’re easy to digest when prepared properly and a very versatile ingredient that adds easily to recipes and we have found 6 places that have created amazing dishes using this superfood.
Bali has become inundated with healthy, fresh, and delicious food spots. It seems like on every street there is another health cafe with tons of fresh pressed juices, smoothie bowls, energy balls, and salads. These are 6 we highly recommend.
1. Cafe Organic
A classic in Bali. Cafe organic has 2 locations. One in Seminyak, and one in Canggu. Both have the same menu but the space themselves offer a different vibe. Some of my favourites include their matcha pancakes and taro latte (a must!)
2. Nalu Bowls
If you’ve looked up anything about Bali on Instagram, you’re bound to see one of the famous Nalu bowls. These are big delicious smoothie bowls served up in coconut shells, with choices of various fruit toppings and delicious granola!
3. Sea Circus
This is a fun one! The restaurant itself is bright, colourful, and makes you feel like your actually eating in a trendy circus. The menu ranges from healthy to not so healthy items, like quinoa salads & avocado toast, to french fries & churros.
4. Sisterfields
Sisterfields is a top choice for the more “gourmet foodie.” You’ll find endless inspiring dishes-not to mention the beautiful insta-worthy plating! (Don’t miss out on their polenta fries!)
5. Eden Cafe
An organic dream. Eden cafe sources all their ingredients from local farmers, and makes all their own nut milks (which are Amazing!) Enjoy an array of healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices!
6. Bukit Cafe
This one was one of my most memorable meals in Bali. As a health food blogger this cafe particularly stood out to me for their creative healthy dishes bursting with flavour. (Seriously, one of the best quinoa salads and chia puddings of my life…)
