Living & Dining Areas

The villa features bright and spacious indoor living areas with expansive windows that allow plenty of natural light and connect the interiors with the surrounding tropical garden. The open-concept layout creates an easy flow between the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making the villa particularly well suited to relaxed group stays.

Guests can unwind in the living area while enjoying the Smart TV, or prepare meals together in the kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and other everyday essentials. The spacious layout provides comfortable areas for both socialising and enjoying quieter moments throughout the day.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Lexington Palace Villa offers six comfortable bedrooms across its three-building layout, accommodating up to 13 guests. The bedrooms feature quality bedding, generous wardrobe space and personal safety boxes, while the bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryers and ironing facilities.

Two bedrooms feature freestanding bathtubs, adding an extra touch of comfort to the stay, while two bedrooms also include dedicated workspaces for guests who need to stay connected during their holiday.

Families are well catered for, with a complimentary baby cot and high chair available. Additional beds and baby equipment can also be arranged upon request.

Outdoor Areas & Private Pool

At the heart of the outdoor space is an impressive 11.5-metre swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery. The pool provides an inviting setting for morning swims, relaxed afternoons and cooling off after exploring the Bukit Peninsula.

Comfortable reclining chairs and pool umbrellas create a shaded space for lounging beside the water, with pool towels provided for guests. Next to the pool, a shaded bar counter and outdoor hangout area provide a relaxed setting for enjoying drinks and spending time together.
