Living Areas

Soaring alang-alang thatched ceilings, terrazo floors and floor to ceiling glass doors ccreate a unique and spacious living area. Six ceiling fans and air conditioning assist to create a comfortable environment in the main pavillion. A large dining table seats 12, two comfy sofas, an antique coffee table and a hammock-style swinging daybed suspended on chains from the roof. The fully equipped, modern kitchen is strategically positioned between the Living & Dining Pavilion and the staff service area. The central feature of the garden is a 14-metre swimming pool, with its white Yogya stone surround; it features a dazzling water cascade at one end. The media room offers a built-in L-shaped couch hugs the walls, creating a comfortable space for watching the 45″ satellite-channel TV, complete with DVD/CD player and a good selection of DVDs. WiFi Internet access is available throughout the villa. The wrap around balcony on the second floor and high ceilings found throughout the residence provides a colonial twist and the ultimate luxurious blend of space and style.

Accommodation

Accommodations at Casa Evaliza offers four air-conditioned bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are situated in a two-storey building, which stands adjacent to the single storey pavilion that houses the living and dining areas. Each bedroom is equipped a satellite-channel TV and DVD player, and a safe deposit box, while WiFi Internet is accessible throughout the property. The three air-conditioned guest bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessed by a timber-clad staircase. Two of the rooms are bordered by a delightful covered balcony with a timber floor and elevated views of the garden. The balcony runs the length of the building and is furnished with a sofa, rattan chairs and a glass-topped table. The Kids’ Room has a bunk bed where up to 5 kids can easily sleep. All of these bedrooms are equipped with 30″ flat screen TVs and DVD players. Two of the ensuite bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs, and all three have walk-in rain showers.

Villa Casa Evaliza’s staff pride themselves on delivering service that is warm and attentive. Housekeeping and villa maintenance are pleased to serve and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition, while overnight security oversee support and safety services. Our in-house chef, will happily prepare daily breakfasts, and host meals throughout the day to your liking for an additional charge. The Villa manager and maintenance team are more than happy to address any questions or inquiries guests may have in order to make your stay with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible
