Just 1km from Brawa Beach you will find Villa Kalyani with a mix of hi-tech and Zen, guests are guaranteed to love this villa. A large, open living space connects individual buildings with sleek bridges, and overlooks a 22-meter lap pool and large sunken gazebo perfect for hosting dinner parties.

Living Areas

The Living areas consist of a diverse array of spaces and entertainment including a playroom and bar, indoor dining for 12, media room, party area with bar, professional DJ booth and dance floor, upper level sun deck, poolside ‘sunken’ gazebo, poolside deck, guest pavilion lounge, guest pavilion rooftop terrace for your favourite sundowners. The kitchen is fully equipped offering every appliance for meal preperation. The main pool is 22mtrs in length and there is a seperate plunge pool.

Accomodation

Five bedrooms cater for 10 guests. En-suite bedrooms feature king-size beds, one of which can be converted to twins. Also the sofa in the TV room can be converted into two queen sized beds for an additional two guests.

Kalyani Villa aims to serve guests as comfortably and warmly as possible. Daily house keeping and butler are pleased to serve guests and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition,while 24-hour security oversee support and safety services

Surrounding Area

The famous Echo Beach nearby offers a great seafood barbecue and sunset surfing.  Seminyak with its fine dining, funky clubs and chic shopping is 20 minutes south. Head north and you will soon reach and the Greg Norman designed Nirwana Golf Club.
