As of the island’s most sought-after locations with casual luxury, total privacy and complete serenity, the property offers 100% beach front views, situated on the Pererenan beach. Villa Mary is the largest villa within  the well know complex of Pantai Lima, completed in 2007.

Living Areas

This breezy living room and lounge is open to the gentle sea breezes and caters to the most elegant of cocktail gatherings as it opens onto an oasis of fresh air, pool and ocean. It measures 100 square metres. There is also a second unenclosed living room on an upper level that has exceptional rice field views measuring 45 square metres. A 10 seater dining table and  a media/movie room features a large projector screen and enough seating for 20 guests. Entertainment throughout the villa includes satellite TV programming, DVD and Bose sound system, iPod docks throughout the villa are connected to speakers throughout the villa and the garden.

Accomodation

Five bedrooms feature air-conditioning, and a selection of king, queen, and prince-sized beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub as well as shower and all bedrooms have ocean views. All bedrooms have their own 37 inch LCD TV screen with satellite TV programming, DVD and Bose sound system. Custom built timber beds with mosquito nets and indoor/outdoor en-suites feature soaking tubs and seperate showers.

All the hot spots of Seminyak are on only a 30 minutes drive and the Greg Norman-designed Nirwana golf course is only 4 km from the Villa. Walk on the breathtaking beach to reach within minutes the famous surfing beaches of Echo Beach and Canggu.
