As a member of the prestigious Pandawa Cliff Estate, Villa Rose is located at the southern tip of Bali on the Bukit Peninsula. The two storey villa provides unsurpassed views over the Indian Ocean and with 4 King sized bedrooms comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

Living Areas

The main living area is situated on the ground floor delivering views over the manicured lawn to the infinity pool with the ocean beyond. The 14 seater glass dining table takes front and centre in this big bright room that opens up almost completely to the garden – sliding glass doors disappearing into the walls – while on the opposite side of the room four rattan sofas provide another relaxed seating area. The fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge and bar area are also found on the ground floor. The TV lounge boasts a massive semi-circular couch facing a 50-inch TV with Satellite channels, DVD and Blu-ray player. Upstairs and also the entry level to the villa guests can relax in the open-air living area on the beautiful rattan lounges. Outside and guests are greeted by a manicured lawn leading down to the 17-mtr infinity pool balancing upon the cliff tops. The area is perfect for social parties and even specialised corporate events.

Accommodation

Offering four en-suite bedrooms Villa Rose can accomodate up to 8 guests. With a king and a two bedded bedroom on each level, the configuration makes the villa family friendly. The upstairs rooms feature daybeds and all have walls of sliding glass doors onto either balconies or terraces overlooking the pool, the gardens and the ocean. Teak wood Teak woodwork, marble floors and vanities, freestanding bath tubs, well-lit fitted dressing areas and glass enclosed showers with wide showerheads set into the ceiling compliment each bedroom.
