This four bedroom villa takes guests away from the mainstream areas and provides absolute beach front accommodation. The villa features contemporary design with tropical décor elements complimented by quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, your very own elevated beach with direct access to the sea, and beautifully manicured gardens.

Living Areas

In the main pavilion guests can enjoy the spacious open-plan living/dining room, media room and modern kitchen facilities. Cooled by ceiling fans, indoor living and dining area can be closed off and fully air-conditioned, or the doors can be slid into the walls for an un-interrupted view, allowing the warm sea breezes inside. Outside guests can enjoy the manicured lawn that leads from the terrace to the gardens, the infinity swimming pool and sun deck, an open air dining pavilion on the water’s edge, a man-made beach with a shaded relaxation pavilion, and a sea-front stone terrace with steps leading down into the water.

Accommodation

Tirta Nila comprises three pavilions housing four bedrooms over two levels. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated featuring air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms with king size beds. The upstairs bedrooms open onto a large balcony and the upstairs master suite features a large bathtub and the ground floor bedrooms tropical outdoor showers.

The Villa comfortably accommodates 8. Villa staff prides themselves on delivering service that is warm and attentive. Housekeeping and villa maintenance are pleased to serve and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition. Trained staff hired from a professional security company watch over the guests at night.

The villa is near by the 4 star hotel “Candi Beach Cottage” and its restaurant, and 5 minutes from the 5 star hotels Amankila and Alila with fine dining restaurants. There is also a selection of restaurants and shops in the nearby village of Candidasa. Here guests can enjoy the real Bali.
